Welcome to Slice - The Family Restaurant. By placing an order on slicerestaurants.com or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We prepare fresh food to order.

2. Pricing and Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You may be charged a delivery fee based on your location, shown before you confirm.

3. Cancellations
Because food is prepared fresh, an order can be cancelled only before we begin preparing it. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, call us immediately at +91 70953 85008.

4. Delivery and Pickup
We aim to deliver within the estimated time shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic or high demand. Please provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number.

5. Food Allergies
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us before ordering. We handle a variety of ingredients and cannot fully guarantee the absence of allergens.

6. Limitation of Liability
Slice - The Family Restaurant is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh.
